How to Pay Your Sewer Bill

Sewer bills for the Village of Gaines are mailed monthly from the Genesee County Drain Comissioner. Please review your bill carefully and submit payment by the due date listed to avoid late fees.

Weekend Due Date Notice:
If the sewer bill due date (the 15th of the month) falls on a weekend or a federal holiday, payment will be due on the next business day to avoid a late fee.

Payment options include:

  • By Mail:
    Detach the payment stub from your bill and mail it with your payment to:

           Gaines, MI 48436-0178

  • In Person / Drop Box:
    Payments may be dropped off at the Village Office or placed in the secure drop box outside the office.
